Visual Voicemail coming to Android?
Looks like the guys over at TmoNews have managed to score a video of Visual Voicemail working on an Android Device. The device in question appears to be the new MyTouch 3G phone however here is hoping that it will be rolled out to the HTC Hero when its launched later this month early next month (release delayed according to Post from Android OS.IN)
Visual Voicemail, is one of the key advances that went into the iphone and its really exciting to see that its going to be included in some of the exciting forthcoming releases from HTC.
I wouldn’t be surprised in the next year or two if Visual Voicemail will become standard on all handsets.
Here is a video of it running below- I am sure you will agree it is not nearly as slick as the Iphone, however it seems to work well.
